**City break prize
1. Prize Draw is open to all UK (including the Channel Islands) and Republic of Ireland residents over the age of 18 who participate in a 5-day free trial of 1•DAY ACUVUE® TruEye™ contact lenses at a participating optician.

2. Participation in 5-day free trial is subject to a consultation with your optician who will need to determine whether 1•DAY ACUVUE® TruEye™ contact lenses are suitable. Charges may apply please check with your Optician. Professional examination and fitting fees are not included.

3. Employees of Johnson & Johnson and those working within the eye care industry, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from participation.

4. To enter: Participants will receive a promotion code printed on their 5 day free trial pack which must be registered online with their entry details at www.acuvue.co.uk/city (UK residents), www.acuvue.ie/city (RoI residents) during the promotional period of 00.01 on 7th September 2009 until 11.59pm on 4th January 2010, after which no further entries will be accepted. RoI residents will be required to answer a city break related question to enter.

5. Maximum 1 entry per person.

6. The Prize: All valid entries will be entered into a draw to win one of 5 city breaks for two people. Each winner will have the choice of a trip to one of the following destinations: Barcelona, Prague, Marrakech, Lisbon, Florence. The prize includes two economy return flights to their chosen location, two night's accommodation in a 5 star hotel with breakfast, £250 spending money (€ 300 RoI residents), private transfer from airport to city break accommodation, and standard travel insurance. Location of departure airport or connecting flights to main point of departure will be considered on an individual prize winner basis and are subject to flight availability.

7. Winners will be responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports and the necessary Visas. All items not mentioned above (travel to airport, meals etc) are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

8. Dates of travel will be subject to availability but must be booked via the Promoters nominated travel agency Event Directions Ltd by 31/04/10 and taken by 15/12/10. Once booked names and dates etc cannot be altered.

9. Winners will be selected in a prize draw to be conducted on 11/01/10 by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

10. Winners will be contacted within 14 days of the draw date via the email address submitted with their registration. If after 14 days of reasonable efforts by the promoter no contact has been made with a prize winner, that prize will be forfeited and reallocated to a reserve winner.

11. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who contradict the terms of the promotion. Incomplete, illegible, refused, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. There are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.

13. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend the terms of the promotion or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

14. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the Terms and Conditions and privacy policy.

15. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for damages, injuries or losses that result from acceptance or use of any prize, or circumstances beyond the promoter's control.

16. Participants will be required to take part in any publicity required by the Promoter.
